Dance for those living with Parkinson’s disease is in its 8th amazing season of movement-based classes, and the participants are loving it! The benefits of this special program for those living with Parkinson’s are immeasurable, both physically and mentally. These benefits include increased mobility, better balance and posture, improved mood, decreased symptoms, and reduced sense of isolation associated with disease.

Classes are open to anyone with Parkinson’s, no matter their age, ability, or the advancement of their condition and are free of charge due to the support from our sponsors.
